Facilities were new and very clean. Spacious room with great view, there were various choice of pillows to meet guests' needs, bed was comfy. Love the hair dryer and the alarm clock. The hotel should consider adding these 2 items to sell at the souvenir corner. Breakfast was great. Hotel staff were courteous and very helpful. Very convenient location with the underground train station just at the door front of the hotel.

Excellent breakfast with a big variety also for European guest. The hotel rooms are located at the 32-45 floor. Street noise is nearly not existing. Nearby is a big shopping mall and a lot of food shops. The bed is not to hard and not to soft. Water pressure and climate control are excellent. Good choice for Business and holiday. The staff at the reception speaks good english and they are really helpful.

Very comfortable, the swimming pool is a highlight (note: a swimming hat is required, which can be also bought at the pool area).

Beautiful, modern hotel rooms, hotel feels clean and new with marble everywhere and sparkling bathrooms. The location is fantastic, it's close to OCT and Nantou Ancient City, as well as the tech areas. We got upgraded to the corner suite which had panoramic views of the city - wow! You also get a free welcome drink when you arrive! Gym and pool have an amazing view of the city.
